The training concept developed by us and specifically applied by our teachers encourages all kinds of intelligence and improves the creativity.
Discovery learning improves searching processes, which gives children the conditions to explore and find original solutions. Teachers and supervisors are involved in this search, they strengthen the courage to learn more and even to take a risk. The discovering learning allows teachers to improve thinking and learning style of children (for example visual, acoustic, motor, tactile) to identify their preferred learning channels.
Situated learning Different teaching situations allow to initiate learning experiences. The children learn how to use their knowledge, skills and behavior to achieve better results. They learn to understand the causes and its effects and to transform them into knowledge. They take "things" from different sides holistically and analytically.
Learning with trial and mistakes
This type of learning we use especially for the art-specific lessons. Where the task is imagination, perseverance, ego strength and courage. There is no predefined action strategy. The child shows a relatively unbound independence – it unfold creative thinking and acting forms such as divergent thinking or exceptional benefits of a material – and there is no right or wrong results.
Experiments allow to vary similar or not similar conditions. Students mainly observe the effects of laws. The effect is the ability to combine learning, where one has already sets of existing ideas as with their own way of experience. Thus practice in particular the logical thinking.
By practicing learning we train anchoring of information in long-term memory, the formation of cross-links, the shifting of borders, the work on the components: speed, response, dynamics, rhythm, strength and concentration, accuracy and slowness.
We design an education which enables the detection and conveying complex and specialized talents and giftedness. The focus is on the promotion of all children of a class to change their weaknesses to their strengths.
Additional lessons of Arabic language are supposed to enable students who come from German-speaking countries to improve their Arabic language skills.
In elementary school extra Arabic lessons are offered.
For pupils who return to the German-speaking countries some additional lessons in the afternoon are offered to be easy integrated in their future school.
